Health is the condition where the body is experiencing no imbalance at all. Is it possible to achieve full health? Yes it is possible. Better still, you only need to practice a few things to see your health improving. Here are some of the things to do.

Remove all stressors from your life. Stress is one of the leading contributors to ill health. When your body is stressed, you will get sick more easily. Find activities you find fun to do.
Socialize with other people. Being around others usually helps someone relax and relieve themselves off stress. Go out with friends more often or be around family once in a while. However, ensure that these people are those that you like to be around.
Avoid excessive consumption of alcohol and stop smoking or abusing drugs. Excessive drinking and substance abuse have been found to negatively affect health. Rather than risk getting sick, it is better to stop such practices.
